Behind Wzpackage is a Dongguan manufacturing team working with overseas brands and buyers on folding cartons, rigid gift boxes and mailer boxes. We help turn a product brief into a practical structure, sample and production order.
What we make
Our work is custom rather than off-the-shelf. The product dimensions, intended use, artwork, quantity and budget guide the box structure and material choice.
Folding cartons
Printed paperboard boxes for cosmetics, retail products and gift sets, with finishes and inserts chosen for the product.
Rigid gift boxes
Book-style, lid-and-base and drawer-style boxes for products that need a more substantial presentation and a secure insert.
Mailer boxes
Corrugated packaging designed around shipping, opening and brand presentation for ecommerce orders or kits.
From brief to finished box
A useful quotation starts with the product. We review what needs to fit inside the box and how the finished pack will be used before confirming materials, sampling and production details.
Define the specification
Share product dimensions, photos or drawings, target quantity, artwork and destination market. We discuss structure, board, printing, finishes and inserts.
Check the sample
A physical sample lets you assess fit, opening, print details and presentation. New-customer sampling may be free; scope and timing are confirmed for each project.
Make and pack the order
Once the sample and production details are approved, we confirm the schedule and check printing, assembly, appearance and packing against the agreed specification.
Documents buyers can review
We can share current digital quality, sourcing and test documents relevant to your box specification. Ask us to confirm the certificate holder, tested sample and scope for the documents you need.
ISO quality documentation
Available on request; the document identifies the applicable standard and certificate holder.
FSC material documentation
Available for applicable paperboard; we confirm the certificate holder and material scope when sharing it.
SGS test reports
Available for applicable tested materials or samples; each report identifies the sample and tests performed.
PPWR-related documentation
Our report and supporting files are available on request. Tell us the box type and materials so we can share the applicable file.
