Board and flute
Strength starts with the product weight and delivery conditions
Flute affects thickness, compression and print appearance, but it is not a load rating by itself. The final board grade should be confirmed against the packed product and route.

What is the difference between a shipping box and a mailer box?
A shipping box is the broader category. An RSC carton normally closes with tape and is efficient for bulk shipping. A mailer box is a die-cut, self-locking shipping structure that is often used for ecommerce and branded unboxing.
Which flute should I choose?
E flute is commonly used for compact printed mailers, B flute for general shipping cartons and EB flute when more rigidity is needed. The right choice depends on the packed weight, size, route and internal support, so it should be confirmed with the real product.
Can custom shipping boxes be printed inside and outside?
Yes, depending on the structure, liner and printing process. Inside printing is most common on mailer-style boxes. Outer shipping cartons often use simpler printing so handling marks and labels remain clear.
How is the shipping charge estimated?
The estimate depends on order quantity, finished bundle or pallet volume, gross weight, destination and delivery terms. Provide the destination country plus city or postal code and ask for freight to be listed separately from the box unit price.
