Custom Candle & Home Fragrance Packaging
Compare printed cartons, presentation boxes and protective mailers for candles and diffuser sets. Plan the box and insert around the filled container, sales channel and delivery method.

A single candle for a retail shelf and a candle gift set sent by parcel need different packaging. Start with the filled jar weight and the complete packing arrangement, including the lid, insert and any outer shipping carton.

What to Check on Your Sample
- Product fit
- Send the jar diameter, overall height, filled weight and lid dimensions. Include the diffuser bottle and reed length for sets.
- Insert and removal
- Check movement, support beneath heavy containers and finger access. An attractive insert still needs to work with the actual product.
- Surface and handling
- Compare print finishes using samples, especially for dark designs where rubbing or fingerprints may be visible.
- Delivery protection
- Review the complete pack, including any outer carton. Agree on transport testing for the intended distribution channel before making protection claims.

Common Questions
Can one box work for several candle sizes?
Possibly. Compare a shared outer box with size-specific inserts, then check fit, packing time and shipping volume for every jar.
Can a gift box ship without an outer carton?
That depends on the complete packed product and delivery conditions. Review the outer pack and transport testing before deciding.
