Insert and removal: Check movement, support beneath heavy containers and finger access. An attractive insert still needs to work with the actual product.
Surface and handling: Compare print finishes using samples, especially for dark designs where rubbing or fingerprints may be visible.
Delivery protection: Review the complete pack, including any outer carton. Agree on transport testing for the intended distribution channel before making protection claims.
